Who I am
👋 I'm McKenna.
For the last 10 years, I’ve architected and led the People & Recruiting functions at startups growing from ~10 to 1,000 employees, including Plaid, Cruise and Meter. Prior to this, I worked for ~8 years at Coatue, one of the most successful tech-focused hedge funds.
I believe your company is only as good as the people you hire, and how they work. I'm passionate about helping startups build cultures and systems that scale and avoiding common (and costly) function-building mistakes. You can learn more about me here.
