Who I am
π I'm McKenna.
For the last 10 years, Iβve architected and led the People & Recruiting functions at startups growing from ~10 to 1,000 employees, including Plaid, Cruise and Meter. Prior to this, I worked for ~8 years at Coatue, one of the most successful tech-focused hedge funds.
Iβm obsessed with how small groups of people can do unbelievably big things. I'm passionate about helping startups build cultures and systems that scale. And Iβm keen to help companies avoid common (and costly) function-building mistakes. You can learn more about me here.
